We’re doing something big!
In partnership with organizations across Portland - we are training dozens of people - while producing a training film series on soft-skills for on set success!
Our Project Partners
In Partnership with P:ear we are running several training cohorts. One that will teach homeless youth to produce highly dynamic and artist sets. Another that will teach the production of complex computer based graphics, using video game engines for use in the videos. All participants will receive a stipend for their work.
In Partnership with Guia we are running several training cohorts. One that will teach at-risk youth the art of “greeking” (covering, altering, or erasing brand names, logos, or trademarks on props, wardrobe, or set dressing). Another on creative set building. All participants will receive a stipend for their work.
FreeArts NW In partnership with the Sun Schools program will be teaching students set building and Art. After the production, the set the students build will go on public display through the Arts Alive!

The Collins Foundation continues their generous support of our mission to bring people of color behind the camera and into the industry.
Meyer Memorial Trust supports our work through their Justice Oregon for Black Lives grants program.
